Full biography238 words

Shiv Shankar Singh is a solutions engineering and pre-sales leader with thirteen years in enterprise technology for insurance and capital markets, and close expertise in banking and wealth & asset management. His career spans every seat at the enterprise-software table. At Deloitte Digital he delivered CRM and modernization programmes and built the practice’s early insurance industry-platform capability. At New York Life he led the ground-up service platform for a 900-user service organization — composing seven core systems, including mainframe policy administration, into the policy view opened on nearly every call — alongside the sales platform for an agency organization of 14,000+ daily users. As a principal solutions engineer at Salesforce he influenced $18.7M+ in enterprise revenue across 200+ opportunities in a representative fourteen-month window, including £5.9M+ while leading U.K. and European transformations on a 2022–23 London rotation. As a director at Mphasis Silverline he co-led the insurance practice, stood up a capital-markets practice, originated $6.3M in first-year revenue while carrying a $3.4M quota, and sold and then personally delivered an end-to-end capital-lifecycle platform for the alternative-investments arm of a U.S. life and retirement carrier. His current research, The Constraint Premium, examines why value in the agentic era accrues to the governed execution layer, and proposes metrics for the context cost that agentic systems leave unmeasured. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT Calicut and is completing a CPD-accredited board advisory and non-executive director programme.
